Charges for a normal access period:

| Staff of registered charities mainly concerned with disabled people and having a turnover up to £250,000 per year | free |
| Evaluation access on behalf of other organisations (normally limited to one student from any organisation.) | free |
| 1 to 20 people belonging to one organisation | £20 per person, up to maximum total charge of £300 |
| 21 to 50 people belonging to one organisation | £15 per person |
| Larger bookings (50 plus) | Further discounts negotiable |
